This is a Natural processed coffee. The village of Pha Yar Gyi Kone focuses exclusively on producing naturals. The climate is particularly suited to this process with its very dry weather during the harvest season. While coffee is not new to this region, in 2018 foreign exports revived the industry. Presently however this region is threatened yet again by social unrest. Together with IndoChina Coffee, we are thrilled to bring you this rare exquisite coffee.
