Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the UK using the Royal Mail delivery options. We ship to Europe and worldwide (please note that with these shipments we can not always provide local shipping options). With worldwide shipments we can not guarantee the arrival of the package nor can we guarantee tracking options. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

How much is shipping?

We use Royal Mail rates for shipping. In some cases we provide free shipping.

When will my order ship?

We want you to have your items as soon as possible. As much as possible we roast every day and do our best to guarantee that your coffee is as fresh as possible. From Monday to Thursday if orders will be dispatched within 24hrs. If an order is placed after 12 noon on Friday then it will be dispatched on Monday morning before 12 noon.

How can I track my order?

If you have payed for tracking services then you will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes a few hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What is your return policy?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. Please also refer to our refund policy for details for returning an order.
